Theydon Bois Preschool is accessible to children and families from all sections of the local community and surrounding areas. To give your child the best chance of getting a place for 2024/2025 please apply by the end of April 2024, when we will then start the allocation process for September.
We welcome all families, all religions and all social groups, children with and without disabilities. We do not discriminate against a child or their family, or prevent entry to our setting, on the basis of colour, ethnicity, religion or social background. For more detail and further information, please see our Equality of Opportunity Policy in the Policy Handbook or on our website.
Registration Donation
Our village pre-school has been run as a charity since 1968. We rely heavily on donations and fees/funding and fundraising to operate effectively. All funds raised from our registration donation are invested back into the pre-school and used amongst other things to purchase much needed equipment, supplies, provide new experiences for our children and training for our staff.
If you would like to add your child's name to our waiting list we charge a non-refundable £25 registration donation. The registration donation does not guarantee your child a place, however it will ensure your child’s name is added to the waitlist and you will be contacted as soon as a space becomes available.
To enquire about availability or to add your child's name to the waiting list please complete the form on our contact page or email our Admissions volunteer.
Fees & Funding
